Use this postivie mantra until you feel calm enough to try the worksheets below:
"I am okay. This is just anxiety making me feel and think these frightening thoughts."
Say the words to yourself...they are powerful, and will begin to calm the anxiety.
When you are feeling ready...go through the worksheets that look appropriate for what you are struggling with the most (there are a lot here...the STOPP and Though Challenging exercises are good for arresting runaway fearful thoughts)

These really are effective at turning the scary what-if thinking patterns into rational, calm ones.
