Healing from the Anxiety and the Pain 3 years

Hi Everybody , Pray all is well ! Its been a long while since I been on here ... This pass August makes 3 years of my nightmare with Anxiety ... For those of you that know my story ... And how bad off I was at one point I could not even leave my house ! I read some of my old post today and I was truly a mess .. While I'm not 100% healed I'm 80 I will say I still struggle I still get the chest pains and tightness and head pains and headaches and do on ... But after 3 years of unessacry hospital and doctors visits that created nothing put bills a host of procedures and and MRI and xrays and doctors and not once every finding anything ... I just start refusing going to the hospital where they all know me ... Everyone out there struggling please know that you are not alone its a long hard battle and its very scary ... I still take ativan as needed here and there . I pray for everybody well being !!! ...
