Can **** lower anxiety? My friends are rolling up now and I'm apprehensive

Klarke,

Unless prescribed by your doctor specifically for anxiety (medical marijuana), smoking is not recommended.

Certain strains are stimulating and known to increase anxiety and even induce panic for some individuals.

You are wise to steer clear of any recreational use of any substance in order to manage your anxiety, and overall health to the best of your ability.:)

Hi Klarke

I agree with SC re only taking it if it has been prescribed by your doctor for anxiety. Certain strains are very strong and if you are having anxiety they can increase your anxiety 10 fold and in some cases induce paranoia.
