Aw, I'm sorry AK. But I'm still proud of you for going! Sometimes you can get in a panic spiral and it kind of hangs on after the trauma is over. I would suggest deep breathing and telling yourself you're home, you're safe, and you don't need to get on another flight.
I think you'll probably feel better tomorrow. If you want to take a benzo before bed to just give your mind a break from continued panic, you can. Or, you can try to turn your thinking around to say "hey, I may have had panic ...a lot of panic... but I did it. I got on a plane (twice!) and it turned out okay." Be proud of yourself for facing your fear, even though you don't feel like you did such a great job. Just taking the action is a huge accomplishment.
BTW, I am never going to set foot in a room full of spiders and there is nothing you can say to change my mind. ;)
