This sure sounds like OCD, I mean checking your bp 20 times a day. Blood pressure changes all the time, sitting,standing, yelling, running, stress. I get skipped beats sometimes, my doctor said most people do. By stressing over it and checking over and over does nothing but cause more stress. I would think that putting pressure on your veins so much wouldn't be good either.
