Hi Baso!
I suffered from insomnia while in high school and found that a medication called Trazodone helped a lot with my anxiety near bedtime. The only thing I didn't like about it was the fact that I felt drowsy in the morning, but it felt great to get a good night's rest.
I recently began having panic attacks in the evenings and found myself getting into a cycle of worrying about worrying. It is hard to break the habit, but if you change your routine, it should help to gain a new perspective.
May I ask what techniques you use to calm yourself?
I have added an evening yoga routine and found that it helped me a lot to relax.
Hope you are able to relax and find something that works for you.
