feel like doom and gloom in the pit of my stomach...

so I'm still torn between staying on an SSRI or getting off. I was on 50 mg of Zoloft and 3 days ago I went down to 25 mg of Zoloft and now I feel like I'm on the verge of insanity very anxious especially in my stomach and I just feel like crap everywhere. do you think it would be better off if I went back up to 50 mg? will I feel better? I just don't know what to do with myself anymore... I'm so foggy derealization everyday had trouble sleeping and now I feel impending doom every second of my life. I so desperately want my life back! I could cry because I feel so sad. it seems like the only time I get to spend with my daughter is when she comes into my bed in my cold dark room :(
Please I need advice and some positive reinforcement...
PLEASE HELP ME....

I have been struggling for 7 months now with GAD and PTSD. on top of that I don't have a great support system a matter of fact my sister text me the most horrible thing the other day cutting me down to the coreI have really bad trreally bad derealization and I don't know what I should do anymore I'm getting to the point that everything is just not working

Remind me again why you were decreasing? Was it due to side effects?

...and are you able to see a therapist at this point...or do any self help?

I am sorry your immediate support system is lacking...that is hard.:(

Hi

Do you see a psychiatrist? The reason I ask is they are the best people to speak to concerning medication.

Changing meds or increasing or lowering dosage can be a difficult time and unfortunately it seems to be the norm for symptoms to get worse but things do settle.
