Not feeling very well. ):

My daughter got sick within the first week of school, then my youngest got it. Now I've got it, feels like a sinus infection.

Between that and eating a lot of bread for dinner, my heart is up to 93. BP 131/80.

I can feel my pulse slowing down, can't feel it pounding in my chest...

Anyone else's HR get higher when their sick? ):

:( Sorry you are not feeling better yet...hopefully tomorrow will be better. Get as much rest as you can...and I'm sending positive thoughts regarding the stressful family stuff.

Sorry to hear you are still sick:(

...and yes, any stress on your body can raise BGl's. A temporary rise in blood glucose is not a big concern, and it should return to optimal levels again when you recover. (do you monitor due to diabetes/a health concern?)

I am happy and celebrating with you regarding your family situation working out in a positive way! This is great news, and I'm sure you must be feeling good about this.:)
