I mentioned a few days ago how lethargic I've been and I chalked it up mostly to having my period, but some leg weakness has lingered. Sort of like a jello feeling like I just walked a flight of stairs. Very mild, but I'm aware of it. Naturally my head goes to the worst- thanks google for introducing me to Guillan Barre Syndrome- but then I started going through what changes I've made in the last week. 1) I haven't been adhering to my lactose/ dairy free diet. I've felt rebellious and have been putting half and half in my coffee every morning and I indulged in a few bagels. 2) I haven't exercised in a week. Could these things be attributed to the weak feeling?
