how far along are you park? when i was pregnant, i had the worst anxiety and i just used benadryl. my doctor refused to prescribe anything else. i suffered with panic attacks until 4 or 5 years ago when my pcp finally gave me klonopin. not sure how i did it for 20 years with nothing. anyway, it can be helpful and is safe to take.
also, regarding your dog, i have watched a ton of nat geo wild shows, including dr. pol, who i love, and he does not think it's inhumane to even put down dogs suffering with cancer when their quality of life is declining. if you can afford chemo and you want to prolong your dog's life, then great. but, i guess i would consider that even with chemo, your dog has lived a long life and the outcome is inevitable either way. don't feel guilty with any decision you make - your dog knows you love him. praying for you during this difficult time. it's hard when pets get ill. i've been through it and it's heartbreaking.
blu's mama is right about those essential oils. it might help more than you know in the long run. i need to get one of those. i learned more about them when my sis got cancer and started using them for medicinal benefits.
