Good to hear from you...although I am sorry that you are facing a challenging time at the moment.
I too was going to suggest Progressive Muscle Relaxation, as J.M. did! It is a simple but effective exercise. It helps with immediate muscle relaxation...as well as long term benefits such as recognizing tenseness and retraining the body to stay relaxed.
