devil mad cry sad skull shakehead nono I don't need to go to hell, I am there!! my bro..........it has done my head in. I am a mess but holding it together as I am the strong one. all have given up on him. what I have gone thru the past week has been pure hell. I hate life at the moment.

Oh Jamie! I am sorry this is causing you so much pain and grief. I know that trying to help someone can be so hard on the mind and body. Please be extra good to you my dear. It will all get better soon. Love and hugs hun.

I wish I could take away all the pain and frustration of dealing with all you have had to recently. I would in a heartbeat...

You have given so much, and such a gift to your mum and sis and other brother in taking on so much...

...while also taking care of your own business. It is A LOT!

Now that he is in care and somewhat stabilizing (?) hopefully you can decompress and find some calming peaceful coping skills to come down from this place of high stress and emotional turmoil you have been enduring.

Garden, listen to your music, practice your techniques that you are strong in...keep reaching out...you are wise and able to do all of these!!

Hugs and high fives and positive wishes for you and D as you go through this!

Big hugs and lots of prayers for you and your family HT. You are doing a great job of taking care of them. I can only imagine the stress of it all, but you have your coping skills, and us.

Dear HT, sorry to hear you are having hard time.

I always say this, you have the biggest heart ever, so big that it can shelter everyone around you.
Though, it is absolutely a tough struggle for you.

at present it is a expletive mess, I am, low bp and due to stress a hypo. have a debrief in 45 minutes. ph on dnd, can not handle anymore calls from my bro at the moment. it is bloody relentless. I am ready to e-mail the mental health commissioner, as I was advised.

no comment...............with a bemused and very fatigued laugh. cheers. I lost my screwdriver!!!!! :-), I need a few more screwdrivers, that will fix the wall!!!! and I will be climbing it after a new set of screwdrivers. :-) got to laugh. in essence, same expletive different bucket.

more hell. left 6am yesterday, got him showered and dressed, albeit he reneged on his appts. I walked off with expletives. I have ripped out the home ph. told his workers enough is enough. oh an old man down my street (90) smashed thru my gate, smashed up the hw tank and smashed a fence, he is okay, I consoled him. this happened when I was away. somebody shoot me, please.
