I am sorry that you are experiencing these new and confusing symptoms currently.:( Anxiety can certainly morph and throw new tricks our way...even after dealing with it for years. ;/ Still you did the right thing in getting check out by your doctor, so good job there.
Now you can focus on your anxiety management. I agree with the above advice regarding therapy (or revisiting it again)...
