Today I waked up, really thinking about a lot of things, one of them was thinking if I am in a dream, second, today I have 3 classes I dont really like, Chemistry makes me want to escape of the classroom, Philosophy is the one that makes me doubt a lot about things, and Physics happens the same with Chemistry

The feeling you describe of being in a dream is a common symptom of anxiety called derealization/personalization. You can find some material/self-help on this in the Resources if you are interested.:)

I know how it is to dread certain classes/situations, and am sending positive thoughts, courage and fortitude to do all that is required of you today.

I have found that sometimes it helps to focus on the end result (Graduation in your case) instead of on the present things you are dreading. Not to say to don't focus on them but you acknowledge your dislike but remember the good that will follow.
