Hi there,
I am not online now a days as my parents and siblings are not getting along with me.
It leaves me with negative and deep depression .my anxiety condition is getting worse.I feel very lost and lonely.
Any tips if anyone can relate to me.

Hi Cilly
Sorry to hear you are having a tough time at the moment.
Have you been to speak with your doctor? If not I would make an appointment and see what they suggest in the meantime use all your coping skills and keep posting here you are not alone and we care for you and want to support you.

Hi Cilly,
I am so sorry you are going through such a rough time currently. :(
Are members of your family harassing you online? Or do you just feel a need to pull back from contact for awhile?
Be careful that you are not just isolating. Sometimes we can see an attempt at help as something negative...because our perceptions can get skewed from the anxiety/depression.
Are you currently seeing someone for therapy now? If so, seeing if you can get in to talk soon would be a good move...
...and as Hibee said, talking with your doctor ASAP is of course important as well.
If you don't have an appointment coming up for therapy, would you be interested in trying Moodgym? It's a free and a really good on-line therapy program. I can provide the link if you are interested.
Hugs and encouragement. Things are going to get better...these rough times don't last indefinitely!

No I am planning on disowning them as they contribute not for my recovery but add to my stress and troubles.
I would cut all ties with them but I am thinking over it as I know my depression might make me regret this decision.
I feel extreme grief and loss as I have always loved and cared for them deeply but don't feel reciprocated.
I do not want to up my dose of pills ...
Therapy is needed for me for sure .
I will take time to heal from troubles at home...
Also I am recovering from a old relationship ...so it's kinda tough.
I feel very much sad ...and for loss of words.
