Hello All,
I was wondering if any had a opinion on working out with a high heart rate. As long as I monitor it. I am overweight and am trying to get back into shape and down to a healthy weight.
As mentioned in previous posts, I am on a stimulant medication which is the ultimate trigger for the increase in pulse rate. For example
Currently resting HR is 95-110
Normally it is below 90 when not on the medication. I just don't want to push my limits too much. But like I was saying before, regardless of what it is induced by , my understand is a pulse is pulse and as long as I don't let it get to the upper max level being 190 range then I should be ok?
