I am sorry you are having a rough start to the week.:( When we look at all the looming issues ahead of us, it's easy to get overwhelmed!
Try and break the worries into separate units and work through them with your rational and positive thinking.
Work: "I will do my best, and with some time and effort get it done. I have before, and I will this time as well."
Thanksgiving: "I can look up some easy but delicious recipes on-line (Food network.com) and shop for and make something really good, with no problem."
I know how you feel. I have a lot of work responsibilities righ now as well as a lot on my plate (pun intended!) to do for the holiday too!
I am going to take things one day at a time, use my coping skills...and break things down into small, doable tasks...so I don't get overwhelmed by the big picure.:)
We can do this!
