Went back to 30mgs Prozac hope I get this back to kinda normal

Had an appointment yesterday for my disability evaluation with my pdoc and he asked me all kinds of questions about my childhood my daily activities, and I was a mess, crying shaking. I'm so glad that's over. Also my Prozac is back to 30 mgs instead of the 40 that I literally cannot bear. I'm hoping I can get back to a better place, it has been hell for the last 2 weeks.
