I am so sorry to hear of the difficulties and fear/panic you are currently experiencing! I know how this feels, and it is miserable. However, I also know there is help and hope, so be encouraged...things can and will get better with some help and time.
I echo the above advice! You must seek help for your recovery, since this is not likely just to go away on its own. Talk to your doctor about therapy (essential!) and a possible medication eval.
