hi andreus. welcome. 1. get off that computer and get some fresh air and natural light, this will aide with your headaches and auditory issues. you are over stimulating your brain with intense stimuli, moreover the light coming from the computer will cause headaches and sleep disturbance and insomnia as it is over stimulating your brain, can't shut down, and that is what you need as well. to shut down.
2. brain cancer is rare.
3. talk with ya doc. they are the people who diagnose!! 4. anxiety causes a lot of things, including irritable bowel. but could be a separate issue.
5. coping skills are really helpful. meditation, breathing exercises, mindfulness etc. others will pop in with more info, and that of health anxiety. treatments and coping skills do aide in curbing the intensity of anxiety.
