Had to take xanax my fingers cold tingling bad.

Hi im back, yep my fingers were ice cold i was bowling then tingling pain in both hands. Felt sick on my stomach as well head got that clogged feeling. I tried to breath and relax It was rough i made it home. couldnt sleep this morning i took pill after cereal fingers still tingling not as bad as yesterday. Also lower back pain. last night not yet this morning. Ok pill kicking in i think.

Yes had pain lower back before bowling, the cold finger tips come and go so does the tingling in fingers mostly the inside after taking the Xanax the tingling fingers feel better lower back is still pain yes I will see a doctor and let him know. I really think I have some kind of nerve damage some where maybe spine? not sure. But this anxiety be going on for some time thought it was my heart. low pulse rate 40. but the doctor says im ok there. All test done came out ok for that I guess. I will update after I see doctor says I also think my vitamin b is very low very. We will see. Thanks
