I'm not sociable or I don't go out so much or don't have many friends? I'mlike this and I like it. But I feel they don't understand and feel that and then i feel bad because of that

As long as you are happy/content with your social situation...
...try not to let anyone else's opinion take up space in your mind...they don't pay you rent!! ;)
There are extroverts, introverts and ambiverts.
While some people prefer constant company....still others choose quality over quantity. Then there are those that vacillate between the two traits
There is nothing wrong with keeping your social circle small...and your events few. It is a matter of personal choice and comfort.
You do not need to explain, nor defend your choices and comfort zones.:)

Paranoia is common with anxiety and depression we tend to think for others and imagine they are looking or laughing at us. I know what you mean, I feel the same way sometimes.
