I have been complaining about this lower back pain, which seemed to start with my burning urination. It gave me quite a trouble until I saw a doctor and had urinalysis only to find there are no bacteria in the urine. But still WBC.

Well long story short, until I started to worry myself because of another condition, I had this back pain.
Suddenly it disappeared, the moment I started worrying about another thing. It's just gone. Vanished. I don't understand. HOW?

So frustrating so humiliating.

This happens to me, too. Constantly obsessing over something and then the second something else pops up, it's like the first thing never happened to begin with. I guess in a way it's a blessing because since its disappearing like magic, it was never really there in the first place and ended up being nothing to worry about!

Morphing symptoms...you are not alone!

Like Blu's said...there is relief in knowing it was psychosomatic, and not the catastrophic thing we'd been fearing...

...but I hear you regarding the frustration. ;/

Recovery is a process. Just look at how far you have come! You will continue to move forward and past this new issue too.

But such comebacks are really disappointing me. Now i have lots of work to do so I can't spend time with worrying.

Distraction is a good thing...on the condition that it is not used to completely push aside anxiety management...and the essential coping skills that need to be done to relieve stress.

So, go ahead and dive into your work, and you may find yourself too busy to develop or notice any symptoms from the anxiety.:)

(but remember to take time for decompression after work time!)
