Park,
Super scary, but totally due to the postural hypertension. 90 minutes is a long time to be stuck in one position-- I can barely sit through a 50 minute massage without getting a little anxious towards the end. Once I had a massage where I was face down the entire time-- she didn't have me turn over to my back. When I got up (too fast) the whole room began to spin. After that, I was so fearful of getting massages that I stayed away. When I went back, I had the same woman, who didn't suggest I flip over, and I just made sure to take as much time as I needed getting up. Slow and steady with deep breaths, and that seemed to do the trick. On the flight home, try to adjust your positions a couple of times and walk the aisle to stretch your legs and change positions. I'm positive this will help!
Enjoy the rest of your vacation!
