Benzo users/ links to other condition forms (Add)?

Hello All,

I was hoping that I could get some feed back on how people who have taken benzos frequently for years are able to come off of it. I have been on klonopin for over 3 years and at a high dose. It is the only thing that helps me with my issues. (granted I tried xanax and that was the best for me) but for other reasons my doctor seems to think that Klonopin is the medication I need to be on. Reading online is a little frightening , reading that it is only recommended for a few weeks-months and that the detox has been compared to detox's of hard illegal drugs. Anyone been through a benzo withdrawal process?

Also I was wondering if anyone knew any websites like this that would be able to have a tab for ADHD/ADD condition. I have several questions regarding the medication I am on and I would like to be able to discuss them in a open forum like this . Would anyone happen to know of one? I have to say I am very surprised this site doesn't have a tab for it . I would of thought it fit right in with other conditions being discussed.
