Hi JRF,
When our schedules get off...it can take a few days/weeks to get back to our comfortable place in our coping regimen.
If you are like me, you depend on a routine , and some consistency. With anxiety management it is nice to be able to have expectations in terms of what will happen throughout our day.
Our anxiety already challenges our sense of control, right? So, a disruption in schedule can be tough.
Give it a little time...be patient with yourself and the process...
...and keep up the good work with your coping skills! (look for more inspiration in our Resources! )
