Effexor

Hi all,

I'm new to this forum, came across it after researching Effexor side effects. I'm on day 5 of Effexor. The jitteriness and excessive energy is starting to subside...but has been replaced by a complete inability to orgasm. I read that this is sometimes a side effect, but I was wondering if anyone else has had experience with this...and if it gets better when your body acclimates to the medicine..?

Sorry to hear that your start up has brought some undesirable s/e's.

This could be a temporary effect that could phase out with time...

...however, consulting with your doctor about whether it is wise to push on...

...or make an early switch now in an easier attempt at a change, would be a good step.
