I was on Paxil for years before I had this over the top Derealization /Anxiety... After many attempts st different meds I convinced my Doctor to put me back on Paxil...
Any success stories???

I am on paxil, have been for 10 years. It's worked great recently had to up my dose to 30mg after the 10 years, not sure about it yet have some good days and bad. But overall it's been pretty good for me

Hi

I was on Paxil and found it to work well but I had to go up to the max dose.

I did find it one of the harder ones to stop.
