Anxiety+Weird symptoms= Living Hell

For some reason, I have a pain in the back of my neck,and my neck is stiff. The stiffness comes and goes often,I feel twitchy,me arms feel achy,and my arms/legs have been feeling weak for the past few days. I've been having EXTREMELY MAJOR ANXIETY over this because I'm worried its a neurological condition thats killing me. I'm getting a physical soon(my last one came out good,but I'm not so sure about this one). And the other problem is,therapy isn't helping. In fact,its the opposite. Every time I go to therapy,my symptoms gradually get worse,or new ones appear. I'm scared that I'm going to die young because of this. My anxiety has turned my life into a living hell.
