Reading this post about deadliest viruses made me anxious about getting infected. I had a breast cancer scare last year, now this.

Thank you for sharing the link for mantras. I have more useful things to read.

Yes, I can imagine reading an article on the top deadliest viruses would make a person anxious! I definitely have to watch my input...whether it be reading material, or television/movies...

I did edit out the link because with so many members suffering health anxiety, I think it would be too triggering.

Better to stick to positive and self help type of material here! ;)
