Changing of meds making me crazzy

Changed my meds to more of Lexapro ,,my thoughts are racing,feel jittery ...turned back to my original dose ,it seems better.

Also having eczema flare up causing me to go bananas.
Applied cream and ate antihistamine ,but it's helping but my panic over this is going overin loops.

I wish if docs could help me ?..

I am sorry this is a rough transition for you.:( Going back as you did to your regular regimen will hopefully help...and maybe your doctor can give you some advice on trying the increase again...more gradually?

Or perhaps just a second try will be what it takes...sometimes timing is everything, and you may be in a better state to push through the increase at a future attempt.

Use your coping skills more than ever...rely on the old tried and true favorites, and add in a couple of new ones.;)

Spring time allergies,my skin is causing me terrible pains.
