I am sorry to hear of your stomach trouble.:( Miserable, I know.
It is hard to say what could be going on...as nausea can be caused by so many things.
From increased anxiety, to over or under stomach acid production...
...to a passing thing such as a virus.
If after practicing stress relieving exercises for a week, consistently...you are still having trouble, then a consult with your doctor would be a good step...but I am pretty sure you'll feel better soon.
...and try not to worry about vomiting. I have been nauseous plenty of times from anxiety, but have never actually thrown up from it.
