LMD,
Ironically enough, with a lot of brain tumors, headaches are only felt in about 10-15% of patients and they're usually felt in very nondescript places! You do not have a brain tumor. This pulsing feeling is likely from tense mandibular muscles/ a tense sternocleidomastoid muscle. A mouthful, I know. I used to get the same thing when eating, and/or waking up-- I am a teeth clencher and grinder, and it would give me the worst one-sided headaches!
The Tylenol should kick in soon, and then you will find relief!
