Does anyone else on here have trouble breathing and focussing on your breathing from anxiety

Yes this is quite a common anxiety symptom I like to use Mindfulness to help with this.

I feel the breathing thing all the time tho my doctors have checked me and said im healthy nothing wrong so I was just wandering

Noke, i am with Hibee all the way on this, i use some other way to distract myself if i think about
my
breath i wonder if i can keep doing it i never did use it but it works for many,
I use repetitious Prayer, any will do but if its a special one thats even better, one of the oldest and still
best is make your muscles move, meaning get up and do something anything it helps to break the

I've felt that way, too. You get so focused on breathing that it becomes almost forced and then makes you feel like it's difficult to do. It always helps me to go on a walk or do something to take my mind off of it.

Hi Noke, I am sorry you are experiencing this troublesome anxiety symptom.:(
I know how this feels, and it is miserable! However, as the others have mentioned, it will not harm you, just make you uncomfortable.
We have great self help material, including breathing exercises in our Resources at the top of the main page here. Check them out and see if after some practice, you don't find relief.:) (let me know if you need the direct links here, and I can post them for you)

Yes, but it is physically impossible. Our Autonomic Nervous System will not allow it. We have partial control over our breathing. We can adjust our rates, even stop by will for a certain amount of time...
...but eventually, our ANS will over ride us.:)
Anxious breathing causes symptoms of hyperventilation, which includes breathless feelings. Breathing exercises reverses the CO2/O2 imbalance...relieving the feeling of not being able to breathe.
Look up those exercises in the Resources and get started on them.

If there is nothing wrong with my heart or lungs then why do I feel this way iv been having trouble breathing and it feels like I quit sometimes that's all just from anxiety ?

Feels like my breaths cuts out every little bit and I have to take a deep breath

Yes, this is anxiety. A symptom, and it's very common. Do the exercises I recommended for you.
I deleted your third post on this subject. Please do not start any new threads on this same subject. Double posting is against the rules b/c it causes confusion and takes valuable forum space.
You can continue to post here however...but please try the exercises first...as we have advised and reassured you as much as we can...it is up to you now to try the recommended coping skills.
