F27 for like over a week

So this is nothing but anxiety just to make things clear and it work hurt nor kill me correct ? Scardy cat

Im just scared really scared

I know...and we are trying to help.

Can you tell us a little more about yourself? Are you a minor? If so do your parents know you are struggling?

Have you sought treatment for your anxiety yet? If not, can you talk to your doctor about this?

For now...you have 3 choices really:

1. You can go to the ER if you can't get to a place of calm and are cycling in panic. (but you have been told already that you are physically fine, so there's not much they can do for you)

2. You can keep trying the coping skills we recommended...they will help with time and effort.

3. You can do nothing....not recommended of course...but that is what a lot of people do.

Be smart and proactive and do the exercises tonight!

Then make a plan to talk with your parents (if you are a minor) and/or doctor tomorrow... for a treatment plan.

You are going to be alright.

Noke, for the record, many of us have the same symptoms you do, and we felt the same as you do now,

Ok, I understand the fear, fear is a liar and a cheat, it steals your life one day at a time, but you simply
must understand, fear has no power of its own, it only has what you allow, thats where the methods
SC has given you come in, they are methods to help you break the fear! Peace

It takes practice. Try and be patient...and keep it up!

I know it is hard when you want to feel better now...but it will help in time.

Remember, this anxiety and symptoms took some time to build up to this point, right? It's gonna take some time to recover.

Well that explains a lot actually!

You didn't tell us that...

An increase in meds can cause a temporary increased of anxiety/symptoms...just like you may have experienced with your start up. This should phase out soon as your system adjusts to the new level of Rx.

...however, doubling your dose seems like a big and abrupt increase...did your doctor recommend this?

A consult with him/her, letting them know of the effects you are having would be good.

You might be advised to back off a bit for the time being, and make the bump back up to 40 over more time.

No! You are not going to die, you will live a long life, i know you are miserable now but this will pass,
try CBT and Mindfulness, anything that will distract your thinking and make you focus on it will give
you relief, "remember we all take baby steps in our recovery", Peace
