I have tried sublingual B12 because I also am experiencing debilitating fatigue that makes me need to sleep in the daytime. It makes me jittery and I still need to sleep. I am trying 400 mg of Magnesium Citrate at dinner after reading about others' experiencing relief from anxiety. But now I'm confused about whether I need calcium with it for it to be effective. I'm stopping calcium today due to constipation. I'm cutting back on sugar and only one cup of coffee/day. Trying to eliminate white flour and most breads. I've read about cortisol levels and how timing of eating protein vs carbs effects proper levels. The more I read, the more I feel like I'm spiraling.
I try to take a walk everyday. I have Reiki every other week and psychotherapy every week.
I think I was born depressed, but managed to secure several professional licenses and run business throughout my 61 years on this earth. Only in the last couple of years, when I've had to care for each of my parents, a younger sister, and her husband until their deaths, have I found myself the victim of debilitating panic attacks that wake me from sleep and overwhelming depression.
about a year ago I stopped Pristiq---going through the most heinous withdrawal one could imagine. It took months to clear my system. I don't want to take any benzos ever again. So I'm looking at alternative medicine. Insurance doesn't cover, so the high cost itself can cause anxiety!
Thank you for listening. I welcome any feedback.
