Levofloxacin 500 and laura tablets

Hi all . iam not on any medication. My enxiety was better for few weeks now. I just have been suffering from dry throat and always clearing my throat with a cough. Sometimes it feels like I have flame
So today I went to the doctor for checkup he gave me levofloxacin 500 and Laura tablets. I took one each tonight .and fell asleep. I was awoken by a very fast heart beat. I needed air . so I tried the self help but it didnt work . so I ended up in ER. It didn't feel like the normal enxiety attack. Any way they sent me home With Ativan because all was OK.
I just want to find out if these tablets caused this or anyone know of these tablets.

Yes, some people do experience increased anxiety while taking antibiotics.

You may need to see about trying another alternative if you continue to struggle with panic.

Keep trying the coping skills...

...now that you know you are okay, and this is a somewhat common side effect, you should be able to manage things better!

Breathing Exercises and Positive Mantras are key for me.

The negative thoughts feed the anxiety...thus the mantras to keep the mind clear of negativity...

...and overbreathing/hyperventilation is to blame for most of the physical symptoms of A/P...so slow, deep breathing can reverse the effects!
