Hi CDK and welcome!
I am glad that you have taken the step to post...it is good to have you join us! :)
I agree with sadgirl...anxiety does eat up our energy...and I echo the idea that you may have some secondary depression as well that is contributing to your exhaustion. I have never felt so wrung out as I did when I was dealing with attacks, coupled with the depression that was a result of my panic disorder being severe at that time.
It is good to hear that all of your physical evaluations came back as normal...
...now you can focus on managing the anxiety. :) What if anything have you done thus far for relief?
Since you've been reading for a while, you've no doubt heard me yammering on about the Resources! ;p
There is great material there, including Stress Relieving Exercises and Health Anxiety help to be found there! If you've not done so already...check it out!
If you find you need more help, then talking to your doctor about medication and or therapy would be the next step to take. There is help and hope for feeling your best again!
Keep talking with us as well...we understand, care and support is key!
