Lump in throat feeling

Hey guys,

I can't stop thinking about something being in my throat and its making me really anxious. I cant seem to concentrate on anything else. Any advice from anyone?

We have lots of threads on this common issue!

If you hit on the 'Search' icon in the blue toolbar, and input key words like: 'globus', 'lump in throat' 'cricopharyngeal spasm'...ect, you'll find a lot of material to read through.:)
