Does anyone ever get pvcs/pacs during exercise not a lot but a couple? There very annoying and uncomfortable.

Yes...in fact that is exactly what sent me into the doctor's for my EKG!
I was sure I was having a cardio 'episode' of some sort...
...but nope...all was normal. :)
You've had enough tests to just ignore these as best as you're able...and continue your work outs. :)

Thank you guys!!!! Yea I've always had them just didn't notice to much, now I do I hate the thuds and skipped beats sucks but I'm just gonna let them be because my dr said that they were all benign. So I just have to just to anknowledge it then let it be per my mindfulness info lol

Kitty, i notice mine are worse when I have eaten certain kinds of food, "anything that causes gas"

I have felt the same thing while running before. Made me anxious, too.. but all was well.

Awww Thanks Guys!!!!! On the other had I did the genesite test waiting on results the psych wanted me to start buspar I said nah I want to see what my test results say and I have my Xanax right now if need be which I can say I haven't taken it since April 4th and I'm very proud of myself. #2 when I met this guy he's like all I do is meds I'm like I don't lay back in the chair and talk like the movies lol he's like um no unless you go to NY and they charge like $250 an hour. I said what???? I just want to talk to somebody. I'm in NJ so all the psychs here just do meds that's it I guess I have to find a therapist. So just filling you guys in thanks for listening to me and being here when I need a ear... Xoxo

It is not unusual for P-doc's to outsource the therapy part of treatment...
...I am sure you will be able to find a very good therapist who you can work with for a great recovery. :)
Your psychiatrist may very well have a referral for you.
