Good evening
I upped my med from 75-100mg of Zoloft and I'm having a panic attack. I was suppose to up my med a couple of weeks ago and chickened out. So tonight I said screw it and popped it. I'm panicking I hope this helps me get better as I wasn't doing to well on 75. Please someone help me.

Bam,
You are likely panicking due to anticipatory anxiety regarding making the dose jump.
Try using the positive affirmations/Mantras...from the link in our Resources. The act of repeating these will neutralize the negative thoughts/fears...and reduce your symptoms. ( let me know if you need the direct link)
Be sure and practice your slow deep breathing too.
You are going to be alright.
