hello everyone. i have been combating anxiety my whole teen life. not so long ago i finally decided to do something about it myself rather than just going to the gp and getting recommended to drink more "tea".

neither did i want to rely on any pills for the rest of my life.

As of june 2016 i am anxiety free from 3 months.

Ill type my story later, a bit pressed on time right now.
