Youtube videos bing me comfort but they will not load?

Anyone computer literate that can help me? Windows 7 and lately videos on youtube have been buffering, and now won't even load?

If your on wifi, re-boot your router.
You could also try cleaning out your temporary internet files.

Do you have the latest version of javascript or Flash Player? as this will affect youtube.

If you're using Internet Explorer - switch to Chrome or FireFox.
