Women are about twice as likely as men to experience anxiety, and our hormones are a big part of the cause.
Before considering going back on b.c., just for mood management...I would recommend talking with your OBGYN about how you could manage this naturally. Dietary changes such as increasing soy and dairy....as well as exercise, both aerobic and yoga/meditative are great lifestyle steps to take/increase.
