yes! and i was going to add, "and vice versa" for me, being sick makes anxiety worse, and also, being anxious makes me feel more sick than i probably am. for me, anxiety manifests the worst when it comes to health concerns, so any symptom is magnified, even when i am well, being sick on top of anxious can lead to a spiral of negative thoughts. do your self a favor and stay off of dr. google. rest, binge on some tv or movies you wouldn't mind falling asleep to, and feed your body some healthy but filling foods. being upright also helps the mucus drain, so too much sack time wont hurt you, but it may feel more uncomfortable with the nasal drainage
