Dealing with anxiety can take massive amounts of energy. Just getting through everyday activities can be much harder than it should be...and this can leave us drained.
Pacing, as well as being patient with yourself and the process of recovery will help.
When you do feel motivated/energized, be sure and put your all into self help exercises for progress and to feel your best! :)
