Signs of grieving plus anxiety

I am so sorry to hear about your aunt's passing. :( This is of course a very hard time for you, since it is so soon since her loss.

Losing a loved one, especially so young and before her time...is a natural trigger for anxiety...and anger, as you described in your post.

These are normal reactions...though of course still very difficult to go through.

Give yourself time to work through the full spectrum of emotions that you will likely go through more than a few times in the coming months.

You will always miss her...but it won't always be this hard.

Perhaps using our Therapy Worksheets (see our Resources at the top of the page) could allow you to process and work through some of the most intense feelings for now.

If you find you need more of an outlet...I usually recommend finding a GreifShare group near you, in order to talk with others who know exactly what you are going through.

We are here as well, so post anytime you need some understanding and encouragement.

Hi SC, A thread would be wonderful to talk to others who are grieving especially when we have physical or mental issues on top of the grieving process. It can be so helpful for all of us.
