Went to the store with the friend today and bought some healthy stuff. Excited to eat the oatmeal overnight ready breakfast tomorrow. I hope I will like it and have the appetite to eat it. And planning to do exercise again to subside my depression. I will make plans for tomorrow. I have a lot of things to do. I am hoping this anxiety and depression won't hit me tomorrow. I am eating carrots right now and drinking a green tea. It's 11pm now.. I guess it's time to sleep. My friend will go for vacation for 20 days, I am hoping I will be okay with out her.
