hi guys- i have been away awhile and been doing extremly well anxiety wise but now health issues have caused anxiety flare ups again. i may need support from time to time till i get health sorted out in the next few months.

thanks -i am doing ok for now but i really need to have surgery to get better . problem is i have 2 businesses to run and cant leave them. i n 2 months i will be able to go have the procedure but will have to suffer and worry in the meantime

I am sorry to hear that you'll need surgery...and that the required recovery time is hard to find!

Glad to hear however that once you have the opportunity for a break...that your issue is treatable...try and hold onto that positive aspect of this health challenge.

I know the feeling I have crohns and had to have surgery along with running a cleaning business. I was in the hospital day after surgery dealing with calls and issues bit for our health we have to do it. 2 weeks after surgery not being able to do any work I started having bad anxiety so I had to start taking zoloft and I'm slowly starting to work some after 5 weeks. Good luck
