It sounds like your overall anxiety is running high. This is not a new issue...and rationally you know that it is a result of clenching/bruxism...
...but when our cups are full (think of a cup where stress drips in drop by drop, until it starts to overflow=anxiety/panic) we are less able to manage the worries.
Practicing coping skills the best way to empty the cup and bring the stress back to a healthier level.:)
Get busy with some exercise/meditation/progressive muscle relaxation as soon as you get home...
...and keep the positive mantras going, starting now!
